Today, FI Connect only facilitates financing through participating retailers and automotive dealerships. At this time, we do not facilitate loans directly with consumers that are not referred to us from a retail partner.
Annual Percentage Rate (APR) refers to the yearly interest rate you will pay. In simple terms, it is the cost of borrowing money. For more information about the APR being charged on your account, please contact your assigned credit union lender or feel free to contact FI Connect at (866) 918-2898.
At this time, FI Connect does not offer refinancing services. Please contact your assigned credit union lender to inquire about possible refinancing programs they may offer.
At this time, loan approvals only apply to applications received from specific retailers. In order to obtain financing from a different retailer or automotive dealer, you must apply for financing through them.
